When do I need to have my wedding flowers booked by?

We’re typically booked 9 - 18 months before each wedding so that we have ample time to plan all things floral. Though if you’re planning a quick engagement, a shorter time frame can work as long as we have space! Just bear in mind that weekends between May and September are our busiest times.

How much should I expect to spend?

The prices of your wedding flowers will always depend on the style, the location, the flowers used, the flowers in season, the designs required and many more factors. Most of our couples spend between £1,750 and £3,000 on their wedding flowers, while we operate with a minimum spend of £1,500 for our bespoke wedding package for Friday and Saturday weddings between May and September from 2022.

If that’s not in your budget, we also offer a DIY wedding flowers package to suit those couples looking for a lower-priced option.

When do we need to pay for the flowers?

A 20% non-refundable deposit and one-off wedding service fee (toward the preparation work) are payable to confirm the booking. The balance is then payable a month before the wedding

Do you deliver and set up/ down the flowers?

Yes. Most wedding venues will ask that decorations and any hired items (like vases, candles and installations) are removed the following day/or by the Monday. We will shore up these arrangements with you and your venue co-ordinator. If you live nearby, then you can return items to us directly to save an additional cost.

What happens if the flowers I want aren’t in season?

While we do our best to buy local flowers, we also know that certain flowers can be tricky to source in colder months. So, we try to be realistic and have a network of reliable suppliers available.

Do you provide the vases and flower vessels?

We can help you with hiring vases, urns, candlesticks and tea-light holders to style your wedding and elevate the space with those all-important finishing touches.

I’m not very creative, will that affect the end result?

Not at all! We love to work with creative couples, and we also love to work with couples who are still ironing out their vision. We’re here to give you as much, or as little, guidance as you need.
